🔄 How many times can I request a return/exchange?

Only one return or exchange request per order is allowed.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the product passes quality check.

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders are eligible for size exchange only

• No refunds are provided for COD orders

• ₹100 exchange charge applies

• Refunds (if approved exceptionally) will be issued only via UPI or bank transfer
